A confirmed rental can't be cancelled free of charge, and unused days aren't refunded if you return the car early. Contact us as soon as your plans change — we'll always look at what's possible.

At our location in Willemstad or Salina — or we deliver the car to your accommodation and collect it there at the end, free of charge.

Pickup and return are possible throughout the day. We'll agree a time that suits your flight.

Before 18:00 on your last rental day. Late returns incur a €50 fee; every extra day is charged at €100.

Full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank.

Third-party (WA) insurance is always included. You can add all-risk cover for €15 per day, which limits your excess to €500. You can also buy off the excess completely — ask us for the conditions.

No — smoking and pets are not allowed in our cars. After a beach day, please shake out towels before getting in: white salt stains on the upholstery are charged at €50 per seat.

Call 24/7 roadside assistance on +5999 465 0896 — all our cars are covered. They help with a flat battery, an empty tank, keys locked inside, towing and any other breakdown, day and night.

Leave the car exactly where the incident happened and call Forensys on 199 (from a Dutch mobile: +5999 747 1333) to record the accident. Then inform us straight away. In an emergency, call 911 (police/fire) or 912 (ambulance).

Stop driving and contact us. The same applies if the temperature gauge rises above the halfway mark. Never continue driving — it prevents bigger problems and keeps you safe.
