• Reservation and quote requests: name, email address, phone number, accommodation name/address, rental dates, chosen car and insurance, and anything you write in the comments field.
• Direct contact: messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Rental agreement: when you rent a car we additionally record your driving licence details as required for the rental contract.
• Website analytics: anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data to answer your request, prepare and execute the rental agreement, contact you about your booking, and meet our legal and administrative obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to run our service: our website hosting provider, email provider, and — if you accept cookies — Google (Analytics, Maps, reviews). WhatsApp communication is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

5. Your rights
